The Pomeroy Building, a longtime fixture of downtown Mesa and a property held by one family for decades, has been sold for $1.3 million. The 10,600‑square‑foot structure, located at 136 W. Main Street, includes both retail and office space and has been part of the city’s historic core for generations.
According to real estate data from Vizzda LLC, the buyer is Michael Starkle, affiliated with Side Alley Partners LLC. The sellers—four sisters operating as Pomeroy Family Building LLC—were represented by brokers Sean Bishop and John Esslinger of Lee & Associates. Starkle was represented by Matt Harper, senior vice president at Citywide Commercial Real Estate.
