Town leaders recently approved plans to move forward with the sale of approximately 19 acres of town-owned property located near Loop 202 and SanTan Village Parkway. The land sits close to popular destinations such as Topgolf and other major retail and entertainment developments in the area.
According to officials, the property is expected to be sold through a public auction process. The goal is to encourage private development that could bring new commercial opportunities, restaurants, entertainment, hospitality projects, or other mixed-use concepts to the rapidly growing area.
