Taco Bell has answered fervent fan demands by reintroducing the beloved Quesarito to menus across the U.S. starting December 18, 2025, for a limited time—prompting enthusiastic reactions online, with many calling it a “Christmas miracle.”
The Quesarito combines a beef burrito filled with seasoned rice, chipotle sauce, and sour cream, all wrapped in a grilled quesadilla loaded with melted cheese.
“We heard our fans loud and clear,” said Taco Bell’s chief marketing officer, Luis Restrepo. “Their passion turned the Quesarito into a Taco Bell legend.”
Priced at around $4.99 (varying by location), the item returns in its classic form. On December 23 at 2 p.m. PT, the first 30,000 rewards members can claim one for $1 via the app.
Adding a fun twist, Taco Bell is using the comeback to extend an olive branch to Denver Nuggets superstar Nikola Jokić. In 2014, during the NBA Draft, Jokić’s selection was overshadowed by a full-screen Taco Bell ad promoting the Quesarito’s launch—his name only appearing briefly on the ticker.
Jokić, nicknamed “The Joker,” has joked that the incident is why he’s never tried Taco Bell. Despite the chain’s playful apology and invitation to try the Quesarito, he recently responded: “No. It’s nice they’re finally apologizing. But no.”
Fans flooded social media with joy—“It’s a Christmas miracle!” and “Do you even know how long I’ve been waiting for this?”—but some expressed frustration over its previous removal in 2023 or called for the return of other discontinued items like the Volcano Menu.
